These measures include computer safeguards, secured files and buildings. In addition, the firm’s public website, www.TietonCapital.com, contains no client information.
How does Tieton Capital Management collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Open an account or give us your contact information
- Make deposits or withdrawals from your account
- Enter into an investment advisory contract
- Have communications with us

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Tieton Capital has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.Tieton Capital does not share information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Tieton Capital does not jointly market.
